Mike Trombadore is a Partner in the executive search practice of David Powell, Inc.
Prior to joining David Powell, Inc. in 2006, Mike enjoyed a successful eighteen year career in the field of enterprise software and has held a number of sales and sales management positions with leading companies in the industry. Most recently, Mike was at Movaris, Inc., a provider of financial compliance solutions to publicly held companies.
Until 2003, Mike held a variety of direct sales and sales training management positions with Siebel Systems, Inc. (SEBL), during a period when the company grew from $39 million to over $2 billion in annual revenue. Prior to Siebel, Mike enjoyed successful tenures with leading software companies, including Hyperion Solutions Corporation, Quintus, and Micro-MRP in a variety of sales and marketing management positions.
Mike attended California Polytechnic State University in San Luis Obispo where he studied Business Administration with an emphasis in Finance.
Mike, his wife and three children live in Danville. He enjoys spending time with his family, golfing, skiing, and boating.
